Our Vision
At The Soirée Society, we envision a wedding and event industry where mental wellness, authentic connection, and long-term sustainability are valued alongside creativity and success.
Founded by a multidisciplinary team spanning wellness, event production, creative leadership, and business operations, we understand the emotional and professional demands placed on those who create experiences for others. While our backgrounds vary, our shared belief is simple: no one should navigate a demanding career alone.
What we do
The Soirée Society is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting wedding and event professionals through thoughtfully curated dinners and small-scale experiences. Wedding and event work can be loud, social, and still feel lonely. The Soirée Society brings industry people together for small, hosted dinners where real conversation happens. No pitching. No panels. No awkward networking games.
Just a table, good food, and people who get your work and your life.
Our dinners are built to:

Why it matters
Through years of experience in the wedding and event industry, we’ve had the opportunity to listen closely to what professionals are really navigating; career transitions, rebrands, burnout, personal challenges, and the quiet weight of working in isolation.
Many professionals don’t feel comfortable sharing these experiences in traditional industry spaces. The Soirée Society was created to provide an environment where trust can form, friendships can grow, and support feels natural rather than forced.
